PHOTOGRAPHERS

It is useless to fill an application for an accreditation if you are an independent photographer or if you depend on an agency and not a media committed to realizing a report on the 2015 edition of the festival. We will not consider your application and therefore it will automatically be refused.Cameras will be controlled and registered at the press reception desk, so if you do not possess professional equipment, your photo accreditation will be refused at the entrance. If, despite this, a person with a non-professional camera is controlled in the photographers’ pit, his accreditation will be confiscated and the person will be evacuated from the pit.

 

> VERY IMPORTANT: the delivery process: pictures must be selected, sorted, and of quality and possibly retouched. Pictures must be sent only via we transfer at ningennokoma@gmail.com before 14 August 2015. Pictures must ALL be sorted and names like this: REPERTOIRE PHOTOGRAPHER’S NAME / REPERTOIRE BAND’S NAME / bandsname_photographersname01.jpg (NB : if it isn’t the picture of a band, the band’s name has to be replaced with “atmosphere”).

 

MEDIAS

In order to fill an application for accreditation, you have to agree with the following:In case our press office agrees to grant you an accreditation, you are committed to provide, depending on the kind of media you represent, at NINGEN NO KOMA, 31 rue Gambetta, 71000 Mâcon, a copy of:

- All the programs about the festival, delivered by we transfer (deadline of delivery: 3 November 2015)

- All the articles about the festival, signed by you or the agency (pdf format), by e-mail (deadline: 3 November 2015)

- The digital pages concerning the festival (HTML format), by e-mail (deadline: 3 November 2015)

 

The festival is committed to not exploit these documents without your agreement.If nothing is transmitted to us after the festival 2015 even though you accepted the rules above, you expose yourself to have your application be automatically refused for the 2016 edition of RAGNARDROCK FEST.

 

For questions, please contact us via the application form, category “press” (no demand for accreditation will be considered if not realized by this application form). Every incomplete dossier will not be considered!The first answers will come during April… If you are several reporters for the same media, please fill an application per person.Applications will be closed on 15 May 2015. Every application made after this day will not be considered.
