INFORMATION CONCERNING THE CAMP SITE

 

 

PARKING LOT

A car park will be set at a 5 minutes walk.

 

CAMPSITE

Before accessing the campsite you will have to get your wristband (festival + campsite pass).

The campsite is car-free. The car park is 500 meters away. The campsite is free but forbidden to anyone who does not have a festival pass.

 

Accessible by foot from the festival and Viking village site, the campsite is situated near the river Suran.

Warning: swimming is not supervised!

 

OPENING HOURS

The campsite opens Thursday 16 July at 12 o’clock and remains accessible until its closing on Monday 20 July at 12 o’clock.

 

EQUIPEMENTS

Supervised by about 10 persons available to answer your questions and the security service, the camp we put at your disposal has:

  • Individual hot showers (5€ for the 3 days)

  • Dry toilets

  • Toilets for persons with reduced mobility

  • Breakfast

  • + some surprises

 

 

The site is made available by local farmers, please respect it!

 

 

In order to best manage the waste, a COMPULSORY deposit system will be set up. You will be given a garbage bag at the same time as your pass, for a deposit of 10€. This money will be given back to you at your leaving in exchange of your garbage bag.

 

RESTRICTIONS

For security purposes, some things are not authorized on the camp ground.

  • Cars, motorbikes, vans, caravans, trailers, etc. (a car park is specially set up near the site).

  • Glass, sharp objects, weapons.

  • Beer pumps and/or more than 12 cans of drink and/or beer.

  • Gas burners and other installations using gas are forbidden for security reasons.  Simple small camping stove with small canisters are authorized. 

  • Charcoal barbecues are also forbidden. Only are permitted aluminium tray barbecues.

  • Electric generators (they cause additional disturbance for those wanting to sleep and security issues).

  • Fires (campfires, torches, candles, cookers, charcoal barbecues…).

  • Domestic animals, with an exception for guide dogs.

  • Sound systems (to respect the sleep of campers and the houses near).

  • Commercial activities.

  • Flyers (distributing flyers or any other promotional material is forbidden).

  • Any illegal substance.

 

 

 

The campsite is open to persons over 18 that have a festival pass. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult over 18 having a pass.

 

FESTIVAL-GOER KIT

Do not forget:

  • Tent and sleeping bag

  • Comfortable clothes (warn and also lighter)

  • K-way, cap and swimsuit

  • Good shoes

  • Pocket lamp/headlamp

  • Sunscreen and mosquito repellent

  • Wipes

  • Specific medicines, contact lens solution, 2nd pair of glasses

  • Phone charger
